Cardinal, ON – Ottawa South KOA Holiday Campground
Job Type:
Seasonal (July to October) | Part-Time or Full-Time
Weekend and holiday availability required
About Us:
Cardinal/Ottawa South KOA is a family-oriented campground that prides itself on delivering unforgettable camping experiences. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team during our peak season!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out
- Answer phones and respond to emails promptly and professionally
- Handle campground reservations using K2 reservation software (training provided)
- Process payments and manage the campground store/register
- Provide local area information and campground guidance to guests
- Assist with camper questions, complaints, or emergencies in a professional manner
- Keep the office and guest area clean and organized
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and reservation systems
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
- Previous hospitality or front desk experience is an asset but not required
- Must be available weekends and holidays
- Bilingual in English and French is a plus
