Job Description
As an Implementation Specialist in Group Sales & Services, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and implement solutions.
- Providing training and support to clients on the use of our services.
- Ensuring a smooth transition for clients during the implementation process.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the insurance industry is an asset.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and project management tools.
Additional Information
- This position is full-time and based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
