The Bilingual Onboarding Associate plays a key role in supporting the onboarding and ongoing servicing of clients in both French and English. This role works across multiple internal teams and custodians to ensure a seamless client experience, with an emphasis on accuracy, responsiveness, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a passion for process improvement in a high-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Position Type:  Full-time Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for French and English-speaking clients during onboarding and servicing
  • Verify incoming client documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Process client account updates via custodian platforms
  • Coordinate with the Investments team to manage and administer cash flow requirements
  • Post accurate and timely cash journal entries across multiple custodians
  • Set up EFTs and wire transfers, ensuring completeness and follow-through
  • Initiate account transfers and proactively track progress with custodians
  • Prepare and distribute client tax packages and upload tax slips to investor portals
  • Support quarterly and annual investment reporting, including preparation and portal uploads
  • Enter and review billing details with accuracy
  • Collaborate with the Operations team and web developers to identify opportunities for automation
  • Support ad hoc administrative and data analysis tasks as required

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) required
  • Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in financial services or operations
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with large datasets and new technologies
  • Eager to learn and grow within the financial services industry
