Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and execution for our organic channels: SEO, ASO, and Referral.
- Analyze and optimize the organic acquisition funnel, from discovery to conversion, identifying bottlenecks and unlocking growth opportunities.
- Develop and test creative, unconventional growth tactics with a hacker’s mindset.
- Collaborate with CRM, CRO, Social, Content, Design, and Engineering teams to align growth efforts with features and user experience.
- Track performance metrics and continuously iterate to improve acquisition.
- Stay on top of trends in search, social platforms, app stores, and referral mechanics to stay ahead of the curve.
What we're looking for:
- Experience: 5+ years in growth, marketing, or product roles, with a strong focus on organic channels.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of organic acquisition funnels, how users discover, engage, and convert without paid influence.
- Channel Mastery: Proven success scaling SEO, ASO, or referral programs from early-stage to meaningful acquisition drivers.
- Mindset: Creative problem solver who moves fast, experiments constantly, and thrives in ambiguity.
- Analytical: Comfortable digging into data, measuring impact, and making decisions grounded in insight.
- Collaborative: Works well across teams and disciplines to get things done.
