What You Will Do...
- Lead the construction activities on large industrial and higher education projects
- Oversee on-site operations, managing subcontractors, client, and stakeholders
- Drive the success of projects in a versatile, and highly integrated team that works in tandem from design to completion, while ensuring safety, quality, and hitting ambitious goals
- Navigate change/scope creep and solve technical challenges on site, always balancing costs, schedules, and people
Your profile...
- 3+ years of construction experience
- Experience in mechanical and electrical construction and working with Ontario authorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong communication (written and verbal), and negotiating skills in English
- Team player with a positive attitude, resilience and determination
- Quick critical thinking ability under pressure
- Top-notch organizational skills
