About the role
We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Studio Operations Assistant
to join our growing team! This is a hands-on role supporting both the creative and operational sides of our sustainable fashion brand. The ideal candidate has a great sense of style, strong organizational skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We are a small team, so we value those who are team players and self-starters!
This is a full-time position is in-person and based out of our Scarborough Studio, where you get to experience made in Canada manufacturing first hand.
Responsibilities:
- Manage logistics and setup for our weekly live shopping show
- Organize and work with vintage and upcycled materials
- Assist in design development and sample creation
- Take notes and follow through on tasks from design meetings
- Help fulfill wholesale and e-commerce orders
- Manage incoming and outgoing e-commerce customer communications
- Track inventory and materials for ongoing projects
Qualifications:
- Strong sense of style and understanding of current fashion trends
- Background in design, fashion, or textiles preferred
- Proficiency in colour theory and fabric handling
- Tech-savvy, knowledge in Shopify or live shopping is a plus
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
- Positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in fashion design and production within a Canadian-made, sustainability-focused brand. We're looking for someone excited to grow with us and bring fresh energy and ideas to the table!
This is an entry-level role, ideal for self-taught creatives, current students (we are flexible based on your schedule), or recent graduates. Compensation reflects the entry-level nature of the position.
