As a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in our complex marketing team, contributing to the development and management of global digital campaigns.

Position responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and handle campaigns: Build and complete advertising campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Apply historical data and market trends to predict future campaign performance.
  • Improve the distribution of the budget across different campaigns to increase return on investment.
  • Continuous improvement: Regularly analyze campaign performance and adjust campaigns to improve results.
  • Performance metrics: Prioritize key performance indicators such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of valid enterprise experience with SA360, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Technical expertise: Understanding the technical aspects of these platforms.
  • Google Marketing Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business.

Referenced Salary Location Toronto, Ontario

Working Arrangement Hybrid

Salary range is expected to be between $61,350.00 CAD - $102,250.00 CAD
