Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer support. This role requires excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs in a timely manner.
- Assist with general office duties, including data entry and correspondence management.
- Respond to inquiries from guests regarding accommodations offered and provide information as necessary.
- Assist housekeeping and management when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support or as a receptionist is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using office equipment and software applications related to administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on maintaining an orderly workspace.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
