Job description
North London Toyota is looking for an motivated individual to build a career within our state of the art dealership. Individual must have excellent oral and written communication skills while delivering amazing customer experience.
Duties of the Service Advisor:
- Greet all customers promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with requests for repair and recommend required maintenance to insure worry free vehicle ownership
- Verify and communicate service concerns to the Service Technicians
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Communicate details of service work completed in a timely fashion
- Resolve customer complaints courteously and promptly
- Answer phones and book appointments
- Deliver and maintain a high level of customer service

Pay: $60,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
