About the role

Job description

North London Toyota is looking for an motivated individual to build a career within our state of the art dealership. Individual must have excellent oral and written communication skills while delivering amazing customer experience.

Duties of the Service Advisor:

  • Greet all customers promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers with requests for repair and recommend required maintenance to insure worry free vehicle ownership
  • Verify and communicate service concerns to the Service Technicians
  • Obtain customer and vehicle information
  • Communicate details of service work completed in a timely fashion
  • Resolve customer complaints courteously and promptly
  • Answer phones and book appointments
  • Deliver and maintain a high level of customer service

Pay: $60,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
