About the role

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Business Manager in Sales to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, project management, and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and negotiating contracts that align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development & Sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities through research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with product offerings.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing our services and value proposition.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships and sales processes.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
