Gameday Mens health clinic provides concierge level health care to patients with integrity and compassion.
We are seeking an experienced clinical manager with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume clinic, managing 3 full-time and 2 part-time medical practitioners.
Hours are generally M – F: 8:30 – 5:00

Position Summary:
The role of the Clinic Manager requires collaborative relationships with colleagues and patients, and this candidate will work closely alongside our medical director and the owners.
The Clinic Manager plays a vital role in implementing and upholding policies, procedures, and processes aimed at optimizing the experience of all clinic patients and visitors. Serving as a culture leader within the clinic team, they exemplify refined relationship-building skills, respect, and strong interpersonal communication.
Roles and responsibilities:
Financial Management
· Oversee and approve payments for payables
· Ensure supplies are purchased per approval policies, to meet the clinic needs
· Oversee timely and accurate submission of billings, reconciliation of rejected billings
· Oversee the preparation of invoices for uninsured services and related collections
· Review EMR billing, statistics, and outstanding accounts receivable reports and reconcile to the general ledger for accuracy and completeness
· Supervise clinic staff daily
· Mediate staff conflict issues and manage any staff disciplinary concerns
· Responsible for compliance with Employment Standards regulations
· Organize and chair staff meetings on a regularly scheduled basis
· Maintain current staff job profiles
· Review vacation/time off requests and approve /deny according to business needs
· Deploy and maintain an annual staff performance management system
· Establish changes to most office/human resources policies
· Consult with the Physician Executive for any significant office/human resource policy changes
Payroll
· Oversee and approve payroll submissions and administer rate adjustments
· Oversee ROE preparation and reconciliation of payroll source deductions
Operations Management
· Meet weekly with the ownership team
· Initiate, analyze, and implement major EMR or changes in clinic processes
· Assist in the recruitment of new staff
· Ensure process documentation for all major clinic processes are documented, regularly updated, and kept on file
· Monitor facility cleaning, security, and maintenance, and liaise with service personnel
· Manage patient complaints about the clinic/ physicians and report to the individual doctor(s) and ownership team
Capital Asset/IT Management and Maintenance
· Develop and maintain relationships with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software provider representative(s), and support personnel
· Train staff and medical providers on EMR software
· Communicate with computer and phone system service providers to maintain operations and install updates as required
· Annual review and update (as required) of Privacy Impact Assessment documentation
Required skills and abilities:
· Ability to recruit, motivate, retain, and manage staff
· Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with staff, physicians, patients, vendors, and the public
· Ability to lead change management processes
· Ability to lead conflict resolution processes
· Proficiency in PCs and PC based programs and applications
· Skill in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with physicians, staff, patients, public, and external agencies
· Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making skills, and problem-solving expertise
· Maintain confidentiality of patient records, clinic financial information, and physician and staff confidential matters
