- Proven track record in leading high-impact PR, internal comms, and exec visibility programs
- Strong media and analyst network in tech/SaaS sectors
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and messaging skills; clear and strategic communicator
- Experience managing communication budgets and external partners/agencies
- Ability to thrive in high-change, high-growth environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Communications, Marketing, or related field a plus
- A visionary communicator with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences
- Strategic thinker with exceptional writing and storytelling skills, capable of distilling complex ideas into clear, impactful messages
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential, as this role requires working closely with various stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess a keen understanding of digital communication trends, public relations, and brand management

What the job involves
- The Director of Corporate Communications is the architect of Docebo’s brand voice and reputation, responsible for elevating our presence in the market and within our walls
- This role will lead external and internal communication efforts with a clear bias toward building Docebo’s brand authority in the learning tech ecosystem
- With approximately 60–70% focus on external communication and 30–40% on internal engagement, this leader will drive storytelling, public relations, analyst relations, executive thought leadership, and cultural alignment
- This individual will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, particularly the executive team, shaping how Docebo shows up in the world and with our people. The ideal candidate brings a builder’s mindset, is data-informed and action-oriented, and thrives on turning strategy into meaningful momentum
- Architect and implement an external communications strategy that amplifies Docebo’s leadership in AI-first learning
- Own and evolve our core external narrative in partnership with product marketing and brand
- Monitor and improve Docebo’s brand score and external reputation via analyst reports, press coverage, and market perception surveys
- Cultivate strategic relationships with key journalists, editors, and analysts
- Lead proactive media outreach to ensure consistent storytelling cadence in top-tier and industry press
- Serve as the company’s voice during crises—ensuring fast, transparent, and effective issue resolution
- Develop and elevate the external presence of Docebo executives (especially Alessio, Lauren, Brandon)
- Identify speaking, podcast, and byline opportunities; own briefing docs, ghostwriting, and prep
- Partner with social media and brand teams to grow authentic executive influence
- Tell the why behind big company shifts—like our transition to AI-first learning—through clear, strategic messaging
- Deliver high-impact communication moments (e.g. town halls, major announcements) that drive understanding and alignment
- Support change communication strategy in coordination with People & Culture
