What You’ll Be Doing:

Oversee the full operations of the Parts Department, including inventory, purchasing, pricing, merchandising, and budgeting.

Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve departmental goals.

Work closely with Service and Sales to ensure timely parts availability for all internal repairs and retail customers.
-
Deliver exceptional service to customers and handle any issues with professionalism and care.
-
Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership’s guidelines.

Maintain strong vendor relationships and stay up to date on Kia product knowledge and manufacturer programs.
-
Monitor and control stock to minimize obsolescence and maximize department profitability.
-
Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.

Attend Managers’ meetings as required.
What You Bring to the Role:

Strong knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical systems.

Previous leadership experience in a dealership or Parts Department setting.

Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).

Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.

Organized and attention to detail

A commitment to training, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Valid driver’s license for Newfoundland and Labrador.
