Location: Corner Brook, Newfoundland

Are you a driven and experienced professional who knows the ins and outs of automotive parts? Western Kia is looking for a Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department with energy, efficiency, and commitment to top-tier customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee the full operations of the Parts Department, including inventory, purchasing, pricing, merchandising, and budgeting.

  • Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve departmental goals.

  • Work closely with Service and Sales to ensure timely parts availability for all internal repairs and retail customers.

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers and handle any issues with professionalism and care.

  • Handle customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership’s guidelines.

  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and stay up to date on Kia product knowledge and manufacturer programs.

  • Monitor and control stock to minimize obsolescence and maximize department profitability.

  • Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.

  • Attend Managers’ meetings as required.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical systems.

  • Previous leadership experience in a dealership or Parts Department setting.

  • Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).

  • Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.

  • Organized and attention to detail

  • A commitment to training, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

  • Valid driver’s license for Newfoundland and Labrador.
