The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a Digital Sales Coordinator and CRM Admin for our Cam Clark Ford Lincoln at the North Vancouver, British Columbia location.

In the position of Digital Sales Coordinator and CRM Admin reporting to the General Sales Manager / General Manager you will oversee both our CRM management and online sales activities. This dual role is key to driving leads, converting prospects, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from online to the showroom. As Internet Sales Coordinator, you’ll manage all online inquiries, oversee lead follow-ups, and collaborate with the sales team to maintain high closing ratios. As CRM Administrator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining our CRM system, managing workflows, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing customer engagement.

You will be accountable for:

Internet Sales:

  • Respond to online leads in a timely and professional manner

  • Convert internet inquiries into showroom appointments and sales

  • Manage digital communication channels including email, chat, and SMS

  • Maintain a strong understanding of current inventory, promotions, and pricing

  • Coordinate with the BDC (if applicable) and sales team to ensure lead hand-off and follow-up

CRM Management:

  • Maintain and update CRM database to ensure accurate, consistent customer information

  • Monitor lead sources and campaign effectiveness, providing regular reporting to management

  • Build and manage automated follow-up processes and customer retention campaigns

  • Train and support staff on CRM best practices and utilization

  • Ensure all sales staff are properly logging interactions and following up within prescribed timelines

  • Supporting the team with additional tasks as assigned

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years of automotive sales or internet sales experience

  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., AutoAlert, PBS, or similar)

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills

  • Tech-savvy with experience managing online leads, digital retailing tools, and reporting dashboards

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced dealership environment

  • Previous experience in a dual-role sales/CRM position

  • Familiarity with Canadian automotive compliance regulations (e.g., OMVIC, AMVIC, VSA)

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstrac
