- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and the sales department
- Monitor inventory and communicate stock availability updates
What Do You Bring?
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset
- Bilingual in English and French
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team-first attitude with a passion for customer service
- 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role
