  • Unbeatable Commission Splits : 100% commission of your residential sales goes to you, including residential sales from our commercial leads, split only on commercial and business sales. This unbeatable commission structure is the best in the real estate industry.
  • Qualified Leads : We bring in qualified commercial and business leads, listings, for our team members, through online marketing, 5 websites, social media sites, digital & printed ads, commercial signs, etc. So our team members can focus on what they are good at, taking care of clients and guiding them through the process of buying and selling, without spending time on marketing. The majority of our commissions are from listings, not from buyers, which results in higher efficiency for our team members.
  • High Efficiency : Experienced commercial realtors can double-end 70% to 90% of their listings, with our team's superior marketing system to bring in qualified buyers and sellers.
  • Admin Support : Full administrative support, listing upload; preparing brochures, deal sheets, commercial CMA and proposals; pulling titles, and signs, etc.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Commercial Realtor in Alberta  (www.reca.ca) or  British Columbia  (www.bcfsa.ca) with a minimum of  3 year of full-time  residential or commercial sales experience  in a real estate brokerage in Alberta and/or British Columbia . Your commercial license from RECA or BCFSA (e.g., a screenshot) must be provided as proof and included as an attachment with your application.
  • Must have successfully closed  4 or more real estate transactions  within the  past two years  in an Alberta and/or British Columbia brokerageDetailed sales records  must be provided as proof and included as an attachment with your application.
  • Minimum of 15 years of full-time work experience, with at least 5 years in Alberta and/or British Columbia , which does not have to be in the real estate industry.
  • Candidates are required to have  at least 3 years  of proven experience in residential and/or commercial real estate sales.
  • Appraisal and Property Management experience is an asset but not required.
  • Second language skills (Mandarin, Cantonese, Punjabi, Hindi, Vietnamese, Arabic, Korean, Italian, etc.) are an asset but not required.
  • Must be motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Should be able to handle a high volume of paperwork and have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be a team player, capable of collaborating with other associates to achieve mutual benefits.
  • Client-focused with the highest level of professionalism and standards.
  • One reference from Alberta and/or British Columbia is required on your application , and the reference should have a minimum of two years of working experience with you  in Alberta and/or British Columbia .
