Who You Are:
· Preferred: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· 1-3 years of proven experience working in a fast-paced team environment in a similar role
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Excellent project management and organizational skills, ability to multi-task with several priorities
· Flexibility, high-energy level, drive for results attitude and dynamic personality
· Be very well-versed with the Microsoft Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
· Have experience with CRMs and newsletter programs
· Demonstrated effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation), with the ability to convey facts and ideas clearly to both individuals and groups
· Proven analytical expertise and problem-solving skills, using sound business judgment and experience
· Evidence of planning and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
· Time-management skills and ability to meet tight timelines
· Ability to pay attention to detail
· Experience with Hootsuite or other social media scheduling platforms is an asset
· Knowledge of digital marketing tools
· Legally eligible to work in Canada
How You Will Make An Impact:
The Marketing Assistant provides essential administrative and tactical support to the marketing team, helping to execute campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a purpose-driven brand environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support
• Assist in the execution of national and local marketing campaigns, including digital, social, and print initiatives
• Support the development and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, presentations, and branded collateral
• Help maintain the seasonal marketing calendar and coordinate campaign timelines
• Track and organize marketing assets, including photography, video, and design files
• Coordinate logistics for new location launches and franchise owner and directors marketing support.
• Support the planning, creation, and deployment of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated communications
Administrative Coordination
• Schedule and prepare materials for marketing meetings, including agendas and recaps
• Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and vendor directories
• Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and purchase order submissions
• Assist with internal communications and cross-functional coordination
Digital & Social Media
• Help schedule and monitor social media posts using tools like Hootsuite
• Assist in updating website content and uploading new assets
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs
Where You Work:
- Vancouver, BC
- Office “Nest”/Home-based, with in-person meetings and location visits as scheduled.
- You will be expected to work non-traditional hours (weekends, evenings, special events, etc.) as needed.

- Reports directly to the Senior Marketing Director and is part of the Support Team
