Reporting to the Manager, Procurement, Planning & Inventory, the After-Market-Parts-Service (AMPS) Planner will manage sales order release and fulfillment in alignment with customer requirements. They will also maintain and update supply plans that reflect projected demand, material availability, and production capacity to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
As the primary liaison for Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics, they will coordinate, arrange, and track customer shipments to support seamless order execution.
This position is part of the Procurement, Planning, and Inventory team located in London, ON and will be on-site.

In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Drive AMPS revenue and customer satisfaction through on time delivery performance. Analyze data and apply process improvement tools to enhance and sustain on-time delivery performance.
- Develop, implement, and constantly monitor AMPS delivery schedules for Trojan locations
- Expedite materials with the Purchasing Team to meet Production objectives
- Identify and proactively drive the resolution of issues impacting customer deliveries
- Participate in the analysis of AMPS demand data and trends to improve on-time delivery while maintaining inventory goals
- Lead analysis of demand data and trends to improve on-time delivery while maintaining inventory goals for Trojan warehouses
- Communicate sales order ship dates to all Trojan locations
- Create, complete, and close AMPS production orders
- Maintain AMPS daily management metrics for delivery and inventory
- Backfill for the AMPS team as required
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Degree/Diploma in Supply-Chain-Management, Operations Management, Business or Equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Planning or Sales Co-Ordination required
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP Systems.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of inventory principles, including Kanban
It would be nice if you also possess:
- Process-focused with continuous improvement and a customer (user) mindset
- Experience working collaboratively across a variety of functions for maximum impact
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
- Proficiency with Business Analytics Tools is considered an asset
