As part of our sales team, you’ll help guide buyers toward the right vehicle for their needs, lifestyle and budget. Compensation & Earning Potential
- Commission-Based Structure – with the potential to earn $100,000+ annually!
- For up to the first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $653.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers in-person and online to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Presenting and promoting a diverse range of vehicles, highlighting features and benefits tailored to each client.
- Facilitating test drives and delivering memorable product demonstrations.
- Providing a seamless, customer-first sales experience from consultation to close.
- Collaborating with your team and leadership to meet individual and dealership-wide goals.
- Supporting dealership initiatives and contributing to overall success.
