- Recommend and support timely, effective resolution strategies within WCB; these may be at a claim, account or system level.
- Collaborate with all parties to rebuild trust and support fair outcomes.
- Facilitate open dialogue and joint problem-solving with workers, employers, supervisors and management to resolve concerns and clearly communicate outcomes to all stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of fairness by sharing insights, education and offering guidance on WCB’s administrative fairness practices.
Your experience and skills:
- A degree or diploma in social sciences, rehabilitation, or a related field.
- Familiarity with administrative fairness principles, WCB’s Code of Rights and Conduct and WCB’s fairness review mandate.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Active listening and empathy in complex, sensitive situation.
- Confidence engaging with all levels of management and stakeholders.
- Skilled in collaborative problem-solving and navigating differing perspectives.
- Analytical thinker with a big-picture mindset.
- Highly organized, adaptable and able to managing shifting priorities.
