Crouse’s Cleaners is looking for a friendly, confident and personable individual looking to provide an excellent customer experience to regular and loyal customers.
We are a family-owned, local business that provides high-quality dry cleaning, wash and fold laundry and coverall cleaning services to the community of Grande Prairie and beyond. We are searching for an enthusiastic, energetic and highly reliable customer service superstar to be the face of our company and create a fantastic customer experience.
As part of the Customer Service team at Crouse’s Cleaners, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, checking-in orders, help resolve customer issues and maintain store appearance.
The position starts at $20.00 per hour.
Shifts are typically 8 hours and start between 8:00 - 10:00 am and go to 4:00 - 6:30 pm. They are Monday to Friday as well as every second Saturday (with a day off during the week in lieu of Saturday). Flexibility is an asset. Dry cleaning experience is not necessary.
