The Opportunity: REGIONAL FIELD SUPERVISOR - ONTARIO EAST

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a high-impact Regional Field Supervisor to lead and develop our Unilever field team focused on executing in a variety of retail channels. This role is essential to ensuring client success in a fast-paced, high-velocity retail environment where agility, relationships, and executional consistency are key.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales and merchandising objectives by fostering strong relationships with department managers across the territory.
  • Drive sales growth by executing client priorities within assigned banners and geographic areas.
  • Clearly communicate retail execution goals and ensure alignment across your team.
  • Optimize call coverage and frequency using territory planning tools and performance tracking data.
  • Spend ~60% of your time in the field coaching, developing, and supporting your team through hands-on leadership.
  • Oversee seasonal retail activations, ensuring timely execution of displays and distribution efforts to maximize impact.
  • Analyze performance reports regularly, identifying gaps and implementing corrective action plans as needed.
  • Deliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training across the region; regional travel required.
  • Maintain consistent communication with field reps through calls, emails, and team updates.
  • Monitor and report on rep performance, including daily activities and goal achievement, using available tracking tools.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with client contacts to align on field execution and performance insights.
  • Provide timely feedback and strategic insights to improve field coverage and effectiveness.
  • Support planning and execution of regional sales meetings and field initiatives.

Your Experience:

  • 5+ years of successfully leading teams in a grocery environment
  • 5 years of CPG or Category experience
  • A natural, inspirational leader - The ability to cultivate collaborative internal and external relationships through leadership, influence and impact
  • A genuine desire to move your team up the performance ladder
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • High degree of comfort with technology
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
