Automotive Service Adviser
Location: 1440 Braeside Dr SW, Calgary, AB T2W 3N4
Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Are you a motivated, customer-focused individual with a knack for sales and solid experience in the automotive repair industry? We’re looking for a Service Adviser who knows how to build trust, write accurate estimates, and drive business with a positive attitude and professional approach.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with service needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Write detailed and accurate repair estimates
- Communicate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and job completion
- Upsell services based on vehicle needs and customer safety
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a service adviser or in a similar automotive role
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Ability to write estimates and explain repairs clearly
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Team player with a customer-first mindset
