As a family-owned company, we take business personally and continue to grow with passion and purpose. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable  Outside Sales Representative (Independent Contractor) to be the face of the company in  Edmonton and the surrounding area.

This position is both  rewarding and profitable , ideal for a self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset. If you’re a people-person who thrives in sales, is passionate about the beauty industry, and loves building strong client relationships — this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to new and existing clients to grow sales and build brand loyalty.
  • Prospect and secure new clients through cold calling and lead generation in your assigned territory.
  • Manage your schedule efficiently to ensure consistent coverage of your territory.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, call reports, and work plans.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends by attending trade shows, educational events, and product launches.
  • Represent Modern Beauty with professionalism and tact while addressing client concerns or objections.
  • Align client needs with company offerings to build strong, long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum  2 years of sales experience required ; outside sales experience considered a strong asset.
  • Beauty industry experience is also considered an asset.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and effectively close deals.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and build strong client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and persistence in overcoming objections.
  • Valid  driver’s license  and access to a  reliable vehicle  (required).
  • Valid  passport  (frequent travel may include trips outside of Canada).
