Your Role Includes:

• Representing a brand in a retail store and connecting with customers directly
• Supporting the sales team during busy periods
• Educating shoppers about the product and answering questions clearly and confidently
• Learning product features to help answer common shopper questions
• Recommending solutions based on each customer’s needs
• Collaborating with teammates, sharing wins, and supporting new reps
• Performing retail sales
