Purpose:
This role is critical to aligning business needs with system capabilities and ensuring successful ERP implementation.

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for ERP system, leading end-to-end business analysis for new implementation, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, HR, Operation, and IT to elicit, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Evaluate existing systems and processes; recommend and implement improvements that drive automation, efficiency, comply with regulations, and alignment with quality and business strategy.
- Support project lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, testing, documentation, change management, and training.
- Facilitate workshops, conduct fit-gap assessments, and coordinate with ERP consultants or third-party vendors when needed.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet business needs and comply with governance standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as, Business requirements, technical specifications, use cases, process flows, test scripts, configuration guides, and end-user materials.
- Drive data integrity, security, and reporting across the ERP platform, leveraging BI tools where appropriate.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate issue resolution in collaboration with support teams.
- Lead implementation planning and execution sessions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years focused on ERP systems.

Hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Epicor, Pronto or similar.

Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Procurement, Inventory Management, HR, Warehouse or Manufacturing.

ERP implementation or upgrade experience (e.g., greenfield, global rollout, cloud migration).

Knowledge of systems integration, APIs, Gateway, and data flows between ERP and other platforms (CRM, BI, HCM).

Familiarity with project management or agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
Preferred Qualifications:

ERP certifications or training (e.g., SAP FI/CO, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics certifications).
Skills:
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in documenting functional and technical requirements, process models, and data mapping.
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead workshops, influence decisions, and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to plan implementation activities, lead and manage implementation team throughout deployments.
