Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor for an 18-Month maternity leave coverage* to join our dynamic and growing team in the Calgary. The successful candidate will be based out of our Calgary Solutions Centre and will report to the Manager, Valve Service.

  • There is a possibility that this position could be extended or turn into a permanent position.

Role and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be tasked with supporting a variety of customers in our territory with day to day and shutdown work at the depot and mobile unit.

  • Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers
  • Provide quotes to customers for service requests
  • Parts sourcing, procurement and expediting
  • Facilitate movement of orders through the shop via SAP business
  • Computerized data input on various operating systems
  • Maintain delivery schedules
  • Completion and release of customer invoices
  • Participate in on call scheduling
  • Extra work hours typically required during Spring & Fall outage seasons

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office - emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous scheduling, inventory, and/or coordinator experience considered an asset
  • Prior valve experience considered an asset
  • Prior SAP experience considered an asset
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Extensive and exceptional customer service practices
  • Entrepreneurial work ethic
  • Strong organization and verbal/written communication abilities
