Wilco Contractors Northwest Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated Class 3 Water Truck Driver to enhance our team. As a prominent player in civil construction, we are committed to executing a wide range of complex projects with precision and expertise. We’re seeking a skilled and self-motivated Water Truck Operator- Class 3- to support the health and sustainability of our landscaping and tree installations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the safe and precise operation of water trucks in public spaces, delivering essential irrigation to plants during key periods of growth, establishment, and environmental stress.
This job involves regular physical activity, including frequent climbing in and out of the truck, and manually loading and unloading hoses to reach designated watering areas. It requires focus, coordination, and the ability to work independently while maintaining clear and accurate service records.
This is a seasonal position, Monday though Saturday, 10 - 12 hour shifts, local to the Edmonton and area.

Requirements
- Must possess a valid Class 3 driver's license and have a clean driving record
- Previous experience operating a water truck is an asset
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols
- Experience with manual transmission is preferred
- Familiarity with smartphone technologies for efficient record-keeping
- Ability to follow directions and work well with site supervisors
- Proven reliability and punctuality
- Physically capable of performing manual labor tasks as required
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
