Job Description:
We’re looking for a Network Routing Support Supervisor to lead the daily operations of shuttle and short-term storage providers, ensuring seamless network flow that supports production targets while controlling costs. In this role, you’ll play a key part in optimizing yard operations and coordinating transload activities to meet production needs within capacity limits. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Accountable for the oversight of the short-term storage and shuttle service provider(s) within the TJXC Network ensuring critical metrics and service level agreements are achieved
- Conduct weekly management review meetings with service providers to hold accountable to contracted Service Level Agreements and critical metric
- Provide direction through collaboration, partnerships and analytics to support daily operational requirements for all service providers
- Build and review operational metrics to look for efficiency gains, productivity opportunities and conduct ongoing analysis and provide recommendations to alleviate yard congestion through trailer turn and yard flexibility
- Lead budgets, rolling plans and approval of invoices for shuttle service providers and short-term storage facilities and impact of storage/detention costs
- Conduct variance analysis for month end and rolling plan review and prepare timely management reporting package
- Monitor reporting to ensure carriers are picking up their equipment from the storage yard in accordance with SLA’s and partner with Logistics when delays or compliance issues arise
- Provide direction and support to the greater supply chain team through monitoring, tracking and reporting on transloading activity while balancing the long-range plan and day-to-day tactical activities
ABOUT YOU:
- Minimum two (2) years’ progressive experience in Distribution (in retail or similar business) functional and technical areas with supervisory experience
- University Degree or College Diploma with a Bachelor of Business Administration or Engineering an asset; or equivalent work experience
- Ability to optimally and collaboratively influence and work through others to achieve operational results
- Experience in leading teams supporting medium-to-large warehouse environment; including planning, prioritizing and setting priorities, developing and implementing processes, tools and leading all aspects of performance
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, conflict management and information gathering skills, with ability to demonstrate prior experience, prioritize project tasks, meet needs of clients/projects and build rapport/ credibility as trusted advisor
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to act as a collaborative partner with senior management, to positively influence management and staff to act in the best interest of the Company

The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
