About the role

DWB Consulting Services Ltd. is seeking applications for an Junior Civil Technicians / Technologists based our our Prince George office. The ideal candidates should be registered or eligible for registration with Alberta ASET or BC ASTTBC.

DUTIES

  • Conducting topography surveys with Total Station/RTK/Drone/Road traversing equipment.
  • Performing construction layout for bridges, roads, and other civil/structural works.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical diploma from an accredited institution with minimum of 1-3 years practical experience in civil construction.
  • Working with Digital Tablets and GIS linked software.
  • Proficient in design/construction, construction surveying, geometric designs, quality control, general office procedures, and people skills.
  • Able to prioritize objectives and work varied hours.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills with attention to details.
  • Reliable team member with organizational and sound judgment skills.
  • Highly functional in C3D/CAD processes will be an asset.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with Resource Road experience.
