Job Description:
There is an exciting opportunity to join Onni as an Administrative Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be very well organized and have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.

What Will You Do?
- Manage and follow up on various types of correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Track and follow up on document submissions as needed.
- Calendar Management-coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Assist with reviewing documents and reports, and coordinate follow-ups with external parties as needed.
- Some personal errands and special projects.
- Reconcile credit card statements and handle financial related administrative tasks.
- Administer invoicing processes, along with Purchase Order management.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take detailed minutes during meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle all company business with discretion.
- Provide general administrative support to multiple executives, assisting with daily tasks.
What You Will Bring:
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization and with external business contacts.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Valid BC Driver's License.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
- Knowledge with Work Day, Smartsheet, SharePoint considered an asset.
