Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with experience in the staffing industry to drive business growth and develop long-lasting client relationships. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, pitching staffing solutions, and closing deals that help organizations solve their talent needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and lead generation
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers across a variety of industries
- Present customized staffing solutions to meet client needs
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular pipeline updates
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in a staffing or recruitment agency setting
- Strong understanding of staffing business models and sales cycles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong organizational abilities
