About the role
Russell Hendrix is looking to find an experienced Project Coordinator for our Contracts team. You’ll be an integral member of the team, directly responsible for managing project’s organization and timeline. This is an ideal position for an individual who is adaptable, has excellent communication skills, and is highly collaborative.

What You’ll Do:
- Plan and coordinate various projects.
- Set goals, deadlines, and objectives for projects.
- Coordinate schedules and activities.
- Place orders for supplies and services.
- Track progress and results of projects and bids.
- Consult with contractors and consultants on questions of design, scope of work, cost, and bidding.
- Inspect and monitor construction to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Who You Are:
- You have a college diploma in a related field.
- You have 2-3 years of experience as a Project coordinator working on construction projects.
- You have excellent organizational, strategic, planning and implementation skills.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- You have experience with project management software.
- You can manage many projects/tasks simultaneously.
- You are highly self-motivated.
- You have a strong attention to detail.
- You can work collaboratively.
- You can travel, if required.

With coverage from 17 showroom branches and five distribution warehouses across the country, Russell Hendrix can effectively supply kitchen equipment & smallwares to clients coast-to-coast. RH also offers parts & service to 12 major markets across Canada, as well as manufacture custom stainless steel fabrication and produce high quality cooking equipment under the Quest brand.
