Your Mission

As Territory Manager, you’ll report to the Sales Director and play a key role in expanding Manulift’s footprint across farms and agri-businesses. You’ll strategically canvas your territory, generate qualified leads, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Your Impact

  • Execute direct sales to farms and agricultural operations in rural areas.
  • Own and grow your territory – the goal is to win the majority market share.
  • Open new accounts with confidence while nurturing existing relationships.
  • Drive business development through cold calls, prospecting, and in-person visits.
  • Maintain rigorous follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction through a consultative approach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet client needs and remove roadblocks.
  • Maintain an organized and updated CRM to track your pipeline and performance.

What You Bring

  • Proven business development expertise – you know how to hunt and convert.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in territory sales, preferably in agri-equipment or related sectors.
  • Deep understanding of agricultural operations and client needs.
  • A track record of exceeding targets and owning your success.
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and solutions-oriented.
  • Strong communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
