We are looking for a Corporate Administrator to join our National Customer Service Centre team, located in Woodbridge, Ontario. In this role, you’ll be the voice of Young Drivers of Canada, helping our students across Canada book their driving lessons and road tests while making sure they have a great experience from start to finish. Regularly assisting the BC Manager with file organization and document management.
What You'll Do:
As part of our supportive and collaborative team, your day-to-day will include:
- Answering inbound calls to schedule in-vehicle driving lessons using our easy-to-learn business management system.
- Rescheduling or cancelling appointments when needed, while following our company’s policies.
- Updating student information to make sure records stay accurate.
- Listening to concerns and helping solve problems — and escalating issues when necessary.
- Handling questions from students via phone, text, and email.
- Booking road tests through a third-party website and clearly communicating the details to both students and instructors.
- Assisting students who are enrolled in programs with online learning components.
- Supporting your teammates — we’re all about working together!
What We’re Looking For:
- A people person with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Someone with customer service or office experience, with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and customer bases
- A critical thinker and problem solver which are essential for operational and administrative decision-making
- A tech-savvy individual with strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with data entry and data processing systems, understanding of Universal File Formats (JPG, PDF, DOCX) and basic file formatting
- Familiarity with business technology systems (CRM, cloud storage, email platforms)
- A team player with a positive attitude who’s ready to grow with us!
Valued, but not mandatory:
Intermediate knowledge of licencing regulations and administrative processes in British Columbia (ICBC, GLP, DoC protocols)
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday
Shift hours: 11:30 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday/Sunday
9:00 am - 5:30 pm
- Candidates must be available to work all shifts.
