We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized individual to join our team as a Campus Coordinator. This role is pivotal in creating a vibrant and inclusive campus community by managing and coordinating various activities and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, a passion for working with students, and the ability to multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote campus engagement and foster a sense of community among staff and students
  • Build relationships with staff and student organizations, campus departments, and other key stakeholders to create collaborative initiatives.
  • Plan and execute on campus events and campaigns that raise awareness about campus resources and opportunities.
  • Liaison with the Director of Operations for larger events
  • Supervise a team of student volunteers.
  • Ensure compliance with campus policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for all campus activities.
  • Liaise with facilities and maintenance teams to ensure all event setups and campus activities are properly supported.
  • Liaison with Director of Students Advisor Services for Community Outreach.

Flexibility:

  • Must be flexible with their hours to accommodate various events on or off campus, including evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for off-campus events and meetings.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in event planning or communications
  • Previous experience in event planning, student affairs, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of policies, procedures, and resources is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Daily hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday, unless there is an event on or off campus.
  • Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate various events.
