As an Equipment Sales Representative for General Line, you will be responsible for equipment sales and rentals, identifying new markets, and seizing opportunities for the sale of new and used Caterpillar equipment. This role requires a determined individual with the skills to develop strong, positive customer relationships and manage a sales territory effectively.

Job Description: Major Job Functions:
- Selling equipment and rental products to end users.
- Developing and maintaining client information using Finning’s CRM software
- Forecasting new equipment sales and achieving budget unit revenue targets.
- Providing the best solutions to our customers, including marketing all products.
- Resolving customer product concerns through warranty or goodwill issues.
- Expanding market share of Caterpillar's full line of construction and forestry equipment.
- Developing detailed knowledge of product line and applications.
- Providing product demonstrations and deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience with products and services related to the General Construction industry.
- Knowledge of the Caterpillar equipment line and used equipment business is essential.
- Industry knowledge is required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in addition to CRM tools.
- Ambitious and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
