SEO & Digital Growth Strategist

We're looking for a strategic and execution-focused digital operator who can own and drive organic growth across web, content, and search. This role is ideal for someone with proven success across multiple areas of online marketing — someone who’s not just reading playbooks, but writing them.

You’ll be our go-to for driving qualified traffic, improving discoverability, and finding leverage in the noisy world of the internet. You’ll need strong SEO fundamentals, creative instincts, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute SEO strategies that generate meaningful, compounding traffic

• Audit and improve on-site SEO (technical, content, and structural) across pages and platforms

• Use tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush to identify opportunities and measure results

• Collaborate with content and web teams to optimize structure, copy, CTAs, and user flow

• Analyze SERP trends and competitor performance to keep us ahead of the curve

• Own performance tracking and regularly report insights and next steps

• Identify and test new growth channels — organic, community, backlinking, or long-tail tactics

• Work closely with product and brand to align messaging and maximize impact

• Embed SEO best practices into everything from blog posts to landing pages

• Manage or consult on key technical elements like metadata, schema, canonicalization, and site performance

What You Bring

• A strong track record of driving measurable organic growth for high-quality web properties

• Deep understanding of how search engines work, both technically and strategically

• Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and ruthlessly focus on what moves the needle

• Hands-on experience with modern SEO tools and performance dashboards

• Broad exposure to digital marketing (e.g. content, email, conversion, analytics)

• Bonus if you’ve worked in early-stage environments or with technical products

• You’re results-first, allergic to jargon, and comfortable working with ambiguity

• Highly flexible, adaptable, team-player

• Prior experience in startups preferred
