Job Summary

The Student Group Leader is responsible for guiding and supporting a group of students throughout their academic or extracurricular journey. This role includes providing orientation, collecting admission requirements, and ensuring that students are well taken care of during their stay. The leader fosters teamwork, encourages participation, and ensures a smooth and positive experience for all members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide orientation to new students, introducing them to the group, institution, and key policies.
  • Collect and organize students' admission requirements to ensure all necessary documents are submitted.
  • Support and guide students in adapting to their new environment.
  • Lead and facilitate group discussions, meetings, and activities.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive environment for all group members.
  • Act as a bridge between students, faculty, and administration.
  • Resolve conflicts and address concerns in a fair and respectful manner.
  • Monitor students' well-being and progress, ensuring they have the support they need.
  • Represent the group in meetings, events, and decision-making processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must speak Japanese.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
  • Experience in leadership roles (preferred but not required).
