Airex is a privately owned and operated Manufacturer's Representative and HVAC Wholesaler located in Brampton, Ontario. Established in 1982, we offer our clients the merits of our 43 years in the industry.

As an Airex Counter and Wholesale Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers in a time sensitive and fast paced environment.

This includes the following duties and responsibilities :

• Responding to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide sales quotations and processing sales orders to existing and new accounts
• Picking and preparing customer orders
• Prepare and review submitted shop drawings where necessary
• Read, interpret, and take-off mechanical and sheet metal specifications and drawings where necessary

Job Requirements

In order to be a successful Counter and Wholesale Associate with Airex, you must be a self-motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit; a goal oriented person that thrives in a fast paced and time sensitive industry.

• Previous experience in HVAC/R Sales, minimum two years required
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications, blueprints, and tender documents is preferred.
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Strong closing skills
• College or equivalent professional experience
