In the role of Senior Manager, Key Account - Groceries working in Toronto, Ontario, you will be part of the Ontario Key Account Team.
The person will be responsible for the development and execution of the strategies for a group of Key customers. The Sr. KAM will be measured on their ability to deliver short term and long-term sustainable profit and volume growth for Molson Coors.
This position reports to the Director of Sales and Key Accounts. The role works closely with the members of the commercial team, leadership team and has cross-functional touchpoints in many parts of the business such as legal. They also communicate and coordinate with field sales (and other departments) daily on where appropriate to execute customer/brand plans.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Most importantly, you will lead a team of one talented colleague, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
- Responsible for achieving sustainable share and profit growth, as per annual operating plan, and in alignment with Molson Coors Values
- Improve Molson Coors Execution quality by embedding and evolving Molson Coors Field Sales Teams with initiatives
- Maintain and develop strong customer relationships and customer matched contact list
- Ensure solid results management fundamentals including financial and volume forecasting, post-activity evaluation, and market opportunity identification and pursuit

- You have 5+ years of sales/marketing experience in a packaged goods or beverage alcohol industry

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $111,100.00 -****$145,800.00 (posting salary range) + 21**%** target short term incentive + $10,000 USD + 400 Non-Qualified Stock Options target long term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
