Playtime is looking for an Event Sales Coordinator to assist with various bookings including kids birthday parties, school groups, camp groups, not for profit groups and special events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer incoming telephone calls, inquires, emails and provide information on Playtime’s product offerings including kids birthday parties, group events, catering options and special events
• Sell, book and coordinate various events and provide confirmations of same including entry into facility reservation system
• Liase with guests following their booking as it relates to coordinating final details of their events - food order, final numbers, any changes etc.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable, positive and assisting clients to the best of their ability
• Enter payments and prepare invoices into booking software and correspond with guests

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Must be able to work between Monday to Saturday 10AM-6PM (20-40 hours per week, 3-5 shifts per week)
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills (in person + phone + email)
• At least 1 year of work experience in a sales role
• Experience with computer reservation systems is an asset

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
