Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business acumen and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes
- Analyze operating results and key financial metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly management reporting packages and board presentations
- Partner with business units to understand performance drivers and support strategic initiatives
- Provide financial input on business cases, investments, and cost-saving opportunities
- Improve and streamline FP&A processes and tools, including automation of recurring tasks
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Inacct) is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- CPA, CFA, or MBA designation (completed or in progress)
- Experience in Logistics
