Position: EPM Sales Director
Location: Ontario, Canada (Remote)
Type: Full-Time
A global consultancy specialising in Enterprise Performance Management is looking to appoint a senior EPM sales professional to lead business development and drive client success across Ontario. This is a strategic role for someone with a strong finance background, deep EPM expertise, and the ability to connect commercial growth with solution delivery.
About the Role
As an EPM Engagement Partner, you will own the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to closing deals, and stay involved through project delivery. This blend of business development and delivery oversight ensures that what is promised is successfully implemented.
You will act as a project champion, supporting solution design and serving as a senior point of contact to maintain alignment between client expectations and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow client relationships to drive new business and revenue in Ontario
- Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, proposals, presentations, and contract negotiation
- Serve as a trusted advisor on financial planning, budgeting, and performance management topics
- Oversee key engagements as project sponsor, supporting delivery teams and ensuring client satisfaction
- Collaborate with architects and consultants to shape solutions and contribute to best practices
- Report to senior leadership and play a role in defining the regional strategy
Candidate Profile
- Solid background in finance, with experience in enterprise planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Familiarity with EPM technologies such as OneStream, Oracle, Board, Anaplan, or similar platforms
- Confident in discussing solution architecture and delivery approaches with both clients and internal teams
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle sales in professional services or enterprise software
- Skilled at building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving commercial outcomes
- Comfortable leading engagements from opportunity through successful delivery
