About the role

Are you ready to bring your creativity and design skills to a purpose-driven Canadian brand? At AG Care, you’ll have the chance to work on products that customers love and see your designs come to life on shelves across the country. Join our team and grow your skills in a creative, collaborative environment where design and craft are truly valued.

The opportunity for you…

We’re looking for a detail-driven Junior Graphic Designer with a solid foundation in print production to join our in-house creative team. As a Canadian-owned hair care brand, we pride ourselves on delivering premium, high-performance products—and we need a designer who’s just as passionate about elevating every detail of our packaging, in-store materials, and marketing touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for beauty and wellness branding.

You’ll be responsible for…

· Support the creation and adaptation of packaging and label artwork across a growing portfolio of SKUs.

· Prepare accurate, production-ready files for print—ensuring all dielines, bleeds, color profiles, and regulatory content are correct.

· Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to ensure visual consistency across all branded materials.

· Execute other design tasks including POS, digital assets, brand collateral, and sales materials as needed.

· Help manage artwork revisions, version control, and proofing processes with internal stakeholders and external print vendors.

· Maintain brand guidelines and technical templates.

What you offer…

· 2–4 years of design experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, or CPG environments.

· Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

· Knowledge of print production processes, color modes, dielines, and packaging standards.

· High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and visual polish.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with clarity and care.

· Familiarity with Canadian bilingual packaging regulations and ingredient labeling (e.g., INCI) is an asset.

· Interest in the hair care or beauty industry is desirable.

· Experience working directly with printers or production vendors is preferred.
