Summary
As a Sales Associate at Pet Valu, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and promoting our extensive range of pet products. This position is essential in fostering customer loyalty and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding pet food and supplies.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for transactions and cash handling.
- Engage customers with product demonstrations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
