Join Our Team as a Warehouse Operations Coordinator
We're looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on team player to help drive smooth and efficient warehouse operations across order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service. The Impact You Could Have

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Accurately process and prioritize daily e-commerce and B2B orders, including picking product and preparing shipments using proper packing techniques and documentation.
  • Build and prepare large wholesale orders and Point of Purchase (POP) displays in advance of transport pickups, ensuring compliance with account-specific SLAs.
  • Compare carrier rates and service levels to coordinate cost-effective, timely deliveries; schedule and liaise with couriers and freight partners for outbound shipments.
  • Support individual customer pick-ups, providing professional service and ensuring accurate hand-off of product.

Receiving & Inventory Management

  • Receive and inspect inbound freight, document any damage, and replenish inventory following company procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify the Distribution Manager of low inventory to support proactive reordering.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and quality control audits to ensure accuracy and product standards.

Warehouse Safety, Equipment & Organization

  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move, load, and unload product.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace that supports safe and efficient operations.
  • Inspect equipment regularly and report maintenance needs to ensure continuous and safe functionality.

Sales Support & Customer Service

  • Manage customer service email inbox for e-commerce individual orders, resolving issues such as returns, exchanges, and delivery concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Communicate customer feedback and common inquiries to internal teams to support consistent messaging and improve product offering and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with sales and operational admin team to coordinate delivery schedules and support promotional or account-specific shipping needs.

General & Cross-Functional Support

  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement in fulfillment, logistics, and inventory systems.
  • Perform administrative and organizational duties as required.
  • Provide team coverage and support across roles to ensure continuity in daily operations and customer care.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

· Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment (e-commerce or wholesale preferred)

· Ability to pick, pack, and ship orders accurately in a fast-paced setting

· Familiarity with shipping software and comparing carrier rates

· Comfortable using warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift certification an asset)

· Attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy

· Experience with inventory systems and basic spreadsheet tools

· Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills

· Professional and empathetic approach to customer service via email

· Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

· A collaborative, adaptable team player willing to support cross-functional tasks
