Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Calgary, AB. The Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Store Management knowledge
- Retail Loss Prevention techniques
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is a plus
