As a Customer Care Associate (Part time), you play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships with our customers through exceptional service. This dynamic position involves engaging with customers via phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries, and providing comprehensive support on Valley Fiber's products and services. This position reports to the Customer Care Manager.

What You'll Do:
- Proactively engage with customers through phone calls and emails, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience.
- Perform various administrative tasks, participate training and continuing education initiatives and coaching/ service skills enhancement.
Who You Are:
- Previous experience in customer service or call centre environments.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of French or other languages is an asset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced office environment and excels under pressure.
- Maintains a friendly and positive attitude, exhibiting a high degree of
professionalism.
- Handles highly sensitive information with discretion.
- Works effectively both independently and collaboratively as a team player.
- Meticulous attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Highly flexible, adapting to changing priorities with ease.
- Self-motivated, capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions & Schedule:
- This is a part-time position with a schedule of 28 hours per week.
- Scheduling will be as needed, with a full 8-hour shift on Mondays being mandatory.
- The remaining hours will likely consist of two 7-hour shifts on other days and a 6-hour shift on the fourth day, which can be discussed and planned as per the supervisor.
- Ability to work on internal systems and speak with customers for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and customer demands, especially during high seasons.
