Responsibilities + Duties
• Supervise and assist new and experienced Mortgage Agents with vetting, converting, underwriting, and closing deals.
• Engage and convert our exclusive leads with a strategic approach, backed by our systems, automation, and proven sales processes.
• Drive excellence in the mortgage application process, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients with world-class customer service.
• As a potential team leader and manager, cultivate an environment of growth, mentorship, motivation, and unparalleled professionalism.
• Provide insight and feedback to management to continuously improve your experience and the customer experience
• Maintaining your FSRA Certified Mortgage Agent / Broker designation
Qualifications
• Proven experience in the mortgage sector, ideally with funding volumes reflecting your expertise.
• Managerial experience in any past professional setting.
• Broker license is an added advantage.
• Adaptability to leverage technology for improved efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Experience in training and mentoring others in a professional setting
